The only thing that should be beneath your pool’s water is safe, clean fun for your family and friends to enjoy throughout the season. Unfortunately, many homeowners put off repairs because they don’t want the inconvenience and interruption. Besides, draining a pool is time consuming, costly and, literally, a drain on the environment. When you drain a pool, taking all that heavy water (one gallon of water weighs 8.35 pounds) out can actually allow the pool to shift and could rupture plumbing or affect tile and the deck.
